Our bright, spacious room was just fab! The food was delish with loads of options, and I could always find a sunbed by the pool. Enjoyed the evening shows, despite the animators playing hide and seek during the day.

Getting into the shower required a PE class. I almost brought a ladder! And I forgot my bathing suit under the sun, is that a fashion statement now?

The housekeeping team was attentive, ensuring our room was always fresh and clean. Engy from guest relations was exceptionally helpful, providing assistance until our last minute at the hotel. The buffet's diverse offerings delighted us, especially the refreshing garden view from our room, which added a tranquil touch to our stay.

Accessing the shower was a bit of a challenge due to its height.

We had a blast with friends at this resort! We spent time at two stunning beaches, one pure sandy and another perfect for snorkeling. Kids' clubs, sports facilities, and an entertaining animation team kept us busy. The hotel has three pools and a small water park, making it a fantastic choice for group vacations. Don't miss the complimentary area shuttle to nearby spots!

One downside was that some staff could be dismissive, particularly when I asked for ice with a drink. The response felt unwelcoming, which was unexpected.

Family fun with aqua park!

Room 1112 offered a delightful pool view, and the daily cleaning by Mohammed, complete with his charming towel art, was a great touch. Staff attentiveness stood out, particularly Ashraf at the pool bar, ensuring drinks were always topped up. The buffet offered excellent variety and the octopus millefeuille was a standout dish. the entertainment didn't quite resonate with us and there was a fee for evening shuttle services which felt unnecessary. The shuttle bus to nearby beaches was a convenient option, though there were occasional delays in food service at the snack bar.

The hotel offers superb access to beautiful beaches via regular free shuttles. The exciting aqua park is perfect for family fun with thrilling slides and relaxing pools. The dining options are impressive with a delicious variety that delighted our taste buds!

I had such a fun time at the aqua park with my kids, and they loved the petting zoo! The outdoor pools were a perfect way to unwind after a long day of adventures, and we even enjoyed some spa treatments to relax. I loved every moment of our family stay! The aqua park's exhilarating slides had us screaming with joy, and the pools were perfect for our relaxing down times. George at reception brought a smile to our faces every time we encountered him, truly making us feel at home.

Had a lovely time! The room was cozy, and the bed helped my back big time. I loved the variety at the poolside snack bar. The aqua park was a blast with all those slides! Just a heads up, there were a few annoying mosquitoes buzzing around.

we had a wonderful stay at the xperience for 9 nights! the food was fantastic with a ton of options, and the kids loved the buffet. the location is super convenient, just a short walk to naama bay center.
